Volcano Garlic Butter

The BBQ season is coming up real quick and we would like to give you THE best recipe for Garlic Butter with a kick. The hot Garlic Butter is great on a garlic bread, on steaks, potatoes or on pasta.



Soften the butter - best in a water bath - and press one large glove of garlic with a garlic press into the butter. Add 2 teaspoon of Volcano mustard and stir thoroughly. 

Let it cool down a bit. When still soft, you can transfer it to a container and leave it in the fridge. Or you can make a roll - transfer the butter to a piece of parchment paper and wrap the butter, close the ends and refrigerate. When having a roll, you can cut it in slices and add a slice to your steak or pasta.

We used the hot garlic butter to make garlic bread. Sooooo good. Worth a try.
