A Cut Above the Rest 

From seed to jar, we’re dedicated to using only the highest quality ingredients to create gourmet German-style mustards in every flavour under the sun and then some. 

Rest assured, every single mustard in our line-up gets the VIP treatment. That means using traditional methods to mill whole Canadian mustard seeds in-house rather than using mustard flour. 

Each mustard flavour has its own unique and thoroughly tested recipe. No, we don’t make a base mustard and then simply add ingredients for each flavour, that simply wouldn’t do! 

Our high-quality standards also extend to our ingredients. Wherever possible, we source from farmers and food producers in Prince Edward Island and the rest of Atlantic Canada. We exclusively use premium Canadian mustard seed. 

Lastly, we never add any fillers, flours or oils to our mustard. We want the true flavours of mustard to shine through, no matter what culinary creation you’re whipping up. 

We’re proud that our dedication to mustard excellence has earned us recognition both globally and closer to home, including a gold, two silver and two bronze at the World Mustard Competition, six nods at the International Flavours Awards (including three wins), and ‘Best Product’ from the PEI Craft Council.

Of course, we also craft the classics, like Honey Mustard, Old German Mustard, and Dijon Mustard.

Collaborations with local food and beverage producers have inspired some of our most popular and distinctive creations. Craft beverage connoisseurs will love our Stout Mustard, featuring PEI Brewing Company's Sydney Street Stout, and our Nomad Cider Mustard featuring Double Hill Cidery’s premium hard cider.


For an unusual and delightful flavour experience, try our Sweet & Purple Mustard, made with haskap berries and honey from our friends at Island Honey Wine Company.
