This mustard has the right Christmas spirit.
The "Oh Tannenbaum" is made with spruce tips - that's right. We put the Christmas tree in the mustard. Spicy, with a hint of spruce.
For this recipe, I roasted a small onion with 250 g ground pork. I used the Oh Tannenbaum mustard to season the ground pork beside some salt and pepper. Added 4 mini zucchinis and some tomato paste and some broth. I cooked it all together for about 10 minutes.
I still had some left over potatoes, which I slices and placed in a casserole dish. Added the pork / zucchini mix on top and spread. Cut some tomatoes and spread the slices on top and season it with salt & pepper.
Mix some cream, sour cream and an egg yolk and spread it over the tomatoes. Add some cheese on top if you like.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
