This is by far one of my favourite dishes and I can not stop eating until I everything is gone. There will be no left overs.
Ingredients for 2 person:
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Boil the pasta in water with some salt.
Meanwhile, cut the salmon, mozzarella and tomatoes in smaller cubes and add to a bigger bowl. Add the olive oil, the basil, a bit salt and pepper, creme fraiche and the mustard.
When the pasta is done, strain the pasta and add it to the bowl. Mix it well and transfer it to a casserole form.
If you love cheese like us, add some cheese on top.
Let it boil in the oven for about 20 minutes.
