Mashed potatoes with mustard

To be honest, this is the first time I made my mashed potatoes with mustard. And I LOVE it. Why on earth haven't I done this before? Recipe is for 2 person

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them in smaller pieces. Cook them till they are done and discard the water. Add the butter, some milk and mash them with a potato masher.

When the potatoes are too thick, use more milk until they are nice and smooth. Add the mustard and salt if you like.

All done - quick and easy.

I made it as a vegetarian dish and had carrots and scrambled eggs with fresh chive.
