We love Canada and that is why we ALWAYS try to buy from Canadian businesses before we look somewhere else. This is more important than ever.
Our mustard seeds are from Saskatchewan, the organic vinegar from Ontario, fresh veggies and fruits from Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia. We let our recycled labels print in Nova Scotia. Only for our jars and lids we have to reach out to France and China (I know - but there is no other option).
It is very close to our heart to support small, Canadian businesses. That is the reason why you will not find our gourmet mustard in the big box stores like Superstore or Sobeys. They contacted us several times and our mentors kept pushing us to have our products at Sobeys. No! We like that the money stays in the community and supports a family and not a CEO to get another beach house.
That means you can be assured that you support only Canadian businesses when purchasing our gourmet mustard. It feels double good - the taste and to support Canadian.
