Sumer time = salad time. We love to eat salad in the summer. So fresh, so healthy and easy to make. This recipe is from my mom and I have just changed it a bit during the time.
For the dressing:
For the salad:
Mix all ingredients for the dressing together, add the salad ingredients and mix it thoroughly.
Serve on a plate and add some more mustard caviar on top.
We call this mustard caviar because it looks almost like it. The seeds are not milled and fermented in whole with (in this case) vinegar, orange juice and lemon juice. Super fresh and crunchy.
