In honor of the World Taco Day, we have a recipe here we love to make on Tuesdays. On Taco Tuesdays! Our friend Allison, from Stirling Farm Market in Wolfville, inspired us for this mustard and the recipe and therefore we called this mustard "Allison's Taco Tuesday" Mustard.
For 12 Taco Shells:
Most of you know how to make tacos, right?
I headed up the oil in a pan and added the meat, broke it apart with a wooden spoon. I seasoned the meat with salt & pepper and added the mustard and the tomato sauce to it. Mixed it well and cooked it until the liquid evaporated, then I took it off the heat.
Warm the taco shells according to the package directions.
Fill the taco shells with 2 heaping tablespoon of taco meat and top with desired toppings.
