Heat the oil in a pan. When hot enough, grill the steaks or pork chops on both sides. The pork chops should be cook through and the steaks to you liking - about 2-4 minutes each side. When done, salt and pepper the meat and keep it warm in aluminum foil.
Add the butter to the pan and let it melt. Add the green peppercorns and the cream and let it foam up. Add the mustard and the Worchester sauce and let it cook for a minute. Seasoning with salt and pepper.
Transfer the meat to the plates, add the sauce on top. We liked it very much with broccoli and gnocchi's.
