I got this tip from on of my customers. After trying it out, it became on of my favorite dip. The customer (sorry - i can't recall the name - but thank you!) makes this dip for her sweet potato fries. She is so right! But you can also use this dip for regular fries, wedges, nachos, chips, veggie sticks.... you name it.
The recipe is so easy. You just need some sour cream - or nature yoghurt - and stir in some Maple Chili Mustard. I used for about 100gr sour cream 3 tsp mustard, but its up to your taste. Start with less and add more if needed.
