Make it easy – there is no need to mix up a special marinade for your chicken.
In a small bowl, mix the Orange Tarragon Mustard and some sunflower oil (or other oil of your preference) and apply the mixture on the chicken using a brush. Add some herbs to your liking.
Preheat the oven to 180 - 190°C and let the chicken bake till the meat reaches a temperature of minimum of 75° inside. Baking the chicken on a lower temperature avoids burning the marinade. Reply some marinade as it bakes. This can take between 1h 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the chicken size.
