As a coffee junkie, I always like to drink a good coffee - and I like coffee liquor. You know us - we made a mustard with that. I used this mustard on my grilled sandwich and oh boy, was that good!
We were lucky enough to get our hands on some very good sourdough bread while on delivery tour in Nova Scotia. Birdies Bread in Dartmouth is just awesome! So it called for a good sandwich.
I used the Wake up mustard on the bread first, added some salami, cheese, slices of cucumbers and tomatoes and some more mustard in the middle.
Now, it's up to you if you like to eat it right away and if you like to grill it as I did. The outcome is the same - a delicious sandwich!
