This week I would like to introduce our "Little Devil" Mustard. It is one of my absolute favourite and I was so happy when he won the silver medal at the World Mustard Competition last year.
I use the Little Devil as often as I can. In meatballs, stir fry, on a sandwich - but my favourite way to enjoy this mustard is on a Kackwurst, Wiener sausage or hot dog.
Why I love this mustard so much? Because it has the mustard spice which goes right up your nose and a pleasant heat in your mouth. Not too much though - you should still taste the wonderful flavour of the sausage. The heat comes from our own Scotch Bonnet and Habanero peppers.
