You don't like it too spicy? That is ok. Those three mustards are mild, but still have a ton of flavour. Like our "Dried Tomato" mustard. It is indiscribable delicious. Like the "The Apple doesn't fall far from the Tree" mustard (or short Appletree mustard). So yummy because it is made with fresh apples and apple cider vinegar. The dijon mustard is an elegant mustard with a wonderful chardonnay tone.
