Oh Honey

Smoked Salmon with Honey Dill Mustard

Recipe is for 2-3 persons

  • 150g – 200g Smoked salmon
  • Whole wheat bread or fresh bagel / baguette
  • 100g Cream Cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Honey-Dill Mustard
  • Some oil

This is super easy and tasty snack for lunch or as canapes when you entertain your friends.

Spread cream cheese on the whole wheat bread, wash the lettuce and place a leave on the cream cheese. Lay the salmon on the salad.

In a little dish, mix the Honey-Dill mustard with some oil. Then add some of that sauce with a teaspoon over the salmon. If you like, finish it up with a bit of fresh dill.

For the canapes, cut the fresh baguette in slices and proceed like above. Place the canapes on a plate and cool it till you serve it.
