A healthy and quick lunch.
Recipe for one panini
Preheat the panini press.
Spread some Sauerkraut mustard on one side of the bread or toast, add salami to your liking. When you use fresh sauerkraut, make sure to have it strained so its not too wet. Spread the sauerkraut on the salami and top up with some cheese if you like. Close it with the secound piece of bread.
When the panini is hot, grill the bread to your liking. Cut in half when done and serve with a green salad.
