Who doesn't like pizza? We LOVE pizza - and we love mustard. So what better to do than adding mustard on a pizza. Or even into the dough?
Recipe is for 3-4 persons
Mix all ingredients together and let it rise for an hour in a warm place.
Roll out the dough on the counter top (with some flour) Put some baking paper on the baking sheet, transfer the dough to the sheet and roll it to fit. Let the dough relax a bit before adding the ingredients.
Now the fun starts. Add everything you like on your pizza. We usually starts with tomato paste. Paste is much better than sauce as it doesn't soak and the dough stays nice and crisp. There is no limitation for your pizza - just vegetable, meat, chicken, spicy with hot peppers, mushrooms, pineapple, cheese (and more cheese). If I don't use mustard in the dough, I sprinkle some garlic mustard on the top of the pizza and finish it up with cheese.
Bake the pizza at 200°C for about 15 minutes depending on your oven.
