A PEI Wild Blueberry mustard - mild. Perfect in salad dressings, chicken sandwiches and cheese.
Anne of Green Gables mustard - medium. A great deli mustard which can be used for everything around the kitchen.
Charcuterie mustard - medium. A very coarse mustard made with Chardonnay wine. Best on sandwiches, charcuteries and sauces.
